Hi, I'm Cynthia!
I have 5+ years of experience designing for robotics and enterprise tools. I’m currently at Temper And Forge where I lead the design for a B2B SaaS API platform for a stealth-mode startup. Before that, I worked at Meta (via Beyondsoft), designing both the digital and physical interfaces for autonomous robots used in data centers.
My work centers on crafting meaningful digital experiences that improve usability, build trust, and drive measurable business outcomes. At the core of my approach is an open, curious mindset grounded in collaboration, empathy, and clear intention.
I love building products from the ground up, from understanding users and defining the “why” to shaping solutions that align with real needs and the broader market landscape. I bring a thoughtful, end-to-end perspective that blends systems thinking, user advocacy, and technical feasibility. I’m known for my attention to detail, ability to manage complex projects, and commitment to maintaining strong communication with clients and partners.
Outside of design, I’ve developed a deep love for plants and now care for a collection of more than 60. I enjoy going to local plant events, connecting with other plant enthusiasts, and occasionally selling plants. Recently, I’ve adopted a Marie Kondo-inspired mindset. The collection is still big, but now it’s filled only with the ones that truly spark joy.
